  The Balance Between GUIs and Command-Line in IT Throughout this week’s readings, videos, and discussions, one of the most important takeaways is that modern computing relies heavily on a balance between graphical user interfaces (GUIs) and command-line interfaces (CLIs). While GUIs have made technology more accessible and user-friendly, command-line tools remain essential for efficiency, control, and deeper system interaction.  Hello everyone, and welcome to my blog! My name is Curtis, and I’m currently pursuing a degree in Project Management at Bellevue University. I’ve been working as a manager for over 10 years, during which I’ve developed strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. While my background is not strictly in IT, I’ve always been interested in how technology supports business operations and improves efficiency. That curiosity is what led me to take this course and start this blog. My experience with technology includes hands-on learning from past classes and everyday use in the workplace.
